At this moment all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure you carefully check all details, product description and photos, and read shop policies before payment.

All orders shipped internationally are shipped with International Tracked & Signed. They are shipped with the Royal Mail and passed over to the mail services in your country. You will receive an email with the tracking info shortly after your order has been dispatched.

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are shipped by Royal Mail, Tracked 48.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All handmade jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care.
Avoid contact with water and remove your pieces when swimming, washing hands/dishes, being sport active or taking a shower.
Store the jewellery in the dry containers/boxes or bags.
For cleaning use proper polishing cloth or special cleaning and polishing solutions.

SILVER OR COPPER JEWELLERY:
- Clean pieces without stones using polishing cloth jewellery cleaning solution.
- Pieces with stones are more fragile and can be damaged by solutions. Clean those gently using warm soapy water and polishing cloth and pat dry immediately.

Please note that tarnishing is a natural process. It is perfectly normal for sterling silver to tarnish, and this process can happen faster when metal is in contact with moisture, perfumes, body lotions or humidity.
